I paid for 2daw shipping. $100.it came in 4, when I was out of town. I would like my money back.

The wrong size was accidentally sent to me. I had ordered the back and front harnesses in a size medium they arrived and worked GREAT!! Except the front one just seemed too big so I checked the size tag and realized it was a large. I sent an email to Walkin Pets and they emailed me back the same day, got the right size sent out to me and sent me a free shipping label to send the Large back!! The customer service I received felt amazing. I am so appreciative of that and absolutely love being able to help my 14 year old guy get up and outside etc. Thank you Walkin Pets!!(specifically Tsehaye for answering my email)
