Seems really well built,takes a little time to set up and get used to using for both doggy and parents. Was delivered in less than 24hours! Also,they double checked my dogs size for a proper fit.

I ordered a new harness for my dog's wheelchair and it was on backorder. They contacted me and Jamie went above and beyond to send me some other options for harnesses, and she made it easy to adjust my purchase to the other harness. It took only 2 days from when I confirmed my purchase to when I received my product. The harness fits perfectly and Scout can finally walk with her wheels again! They also included a fun frisbee that my dog loves. Thanks for helping our handicapped pets get their freedom back!

Always fast shipping, helpful staff with questions, and excellent products. Bonus that they sell replacement and extra parts as well to maintain the wheelchairs and have duplicates of harnesses and clips.
