We love this wheelchair! It has given my dog his confidence back and that means the world to us. The website with sizing suggestion was right on. The packaging was perfect and I knew as soon as I touched the first piece that this was a quality product. The wheelchair was easy to put together and adjust. My dog is a senior, but still took to the chair very quickly. He's had it less than a week and is already able to go down stairs to go outside! I would recommend this product to anyone whose pet is having mobility issues.

Seems to be a fairly well made product Perfect for medium size dogs However my dog is large 130lbs with no use of his back legs Impossible for one person to get him in Not user friendly

Very happy with the customer service and prompt shipping. I purchased upgraded wheels that happened to fit a different doggy cart. I was able to rent a WW cart with these wheels, but I chose the other brand / design because fewer breakable plastic parts and easier to get a paraplegic pup in and out of.

Amazing Customer Service! After spending days researching we made a decision to purchase a wheel chair and an additional harness. We communicated with customer service via phone, chat and email during and after the purchase and each time the team members, Debbie and Autumn, were extremely helpful. Our pup is able to get in and out of her Walkin’ Wheels with ease.

Easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for on the website. Alot of variety.

Still needing more time to use the harness. Used it twice and she immediately went to the bathroom. Need to coordinate with use of the regular leash as part of the regular walk.
