I ordered the front harness but the rear harness was shipped to me. Even though my packing slip said front harness, I had to take pictures to prove I received the wrong harness. Shipping took longer than the company said. I was not offered any type of discount for future products given their mistake. There were no directions - found them right on the bag! Good idea-they’ll never get lost!

At first, I was very frustrated cause it is just very hard to use with a large GSD. I did a FaceTime call with a fitting specialist and it definitely helped tons. Hoping this can give my Jasper some extended life time 💓
