Wander PlusReviews of wander-plus.com

I really like the functionality of the Wander+ Anti-Theft Bag, but the adjustable strap continues to re-adjust itself. I can't rate it a 5 because of this issue. The multiple pockets allow me to store everything I need while traveling and touring. I like the hidden zippers.

The bag's "adjustable strap" is constantly adjusting itself and does not stay where you want it. There is obviously a defect in either the strap fabric (too slippery for the adjusting buckle to grip) or the actual adjusting metal buckle slider thing (quite flimsy). Rather disappointing for the price. The bag itself is nice, but if you put anything in it this will cause the adjustable strap to lengthen to the max.

No idea if their products are any good. They work with a completely unreliable delivery company. After my package was lost, the company sent me a replacement, which was again not delivered. Their delivery company has 91% one star reviews on Trustpilot and cannot be reached in any way.

This bag fell apart in a month! The small zipper compartment fabric started fraying and is too small for my phone, and the strap doesn't stay in place when you adjust. I asked for a refund and return receipt and they said that its not returnable because I didn't buy it from them, but from a 3rd party. Strange that they have their ads on FaceBook and when you select it it takes you to a 3rd party??? Beware, be very aware that they are not backing up their product. Also don't buy it because it is an inferior product. Oh, in addition, they sent me an email from support @wandrplus.com and when I replied to it was received an email that it was "undeliverable" and the same thing happened when I replied to their email to rate their service twice! I don't know what kind of an operatioin this is but I don't trust it. I am out $25 and I know that doesn't seem like a lot of money but to me it is.

I bought 3 of these for vacation traveling. I haven’t used it yet but I am so pleased with it. I bought my daughters one for traveling too and they loved it. We will be using it next week❤️

I love this Anti-Theft Bag! It has several pockets in all the right places. It's made of durable material. The zippers lay flat and are hidden in the seams. I can easily access all the pockets without taking it off. It has an adjustable crossbody strap, to fit any size. I wear mine everywhere. I bought several to give as gifts for friends and families. Thank you Wander+, for such a great product!

I purchased the travel bag in December 2023 in anticipation of a trip in May 2024. I used the bag once or twice between December and May, but primarily stowed it away until it was time to travel. The 2nd day of the trip I realized the strap was breaking away from the body of the bag. I stopped using the bag immediately. Upon my return I contacted the company to request a refund or replacement. Best offer was 20% refund since it was past the 60 day warranty period. I accepted as it was better than nothing, but am frustrated and disappointed in the product quality and the company’s unwillingness to stand behind their product.

This company does NOT honor their return policy. I called when I received the bags. I never opened them because my trip to Ireland was cancelled. I sent an email and Jessica asked if I would accept a 50% refund and I could keep the bags for future travel. I accepted. Then 3 weeks to a month goes by and I send another email asking about my refund. Sharon stated she found my order and would send out the refund ASAP. This was April 2024 into May 2024. I reported this to PayPal and they opened a dispute that took forever and finally it was closed in the sellers favor "because the items were close to or a duplicate of the items purchased" That was not my dispute at all. In another email Jessica stated she couldn't send the refund because PayPal put the purchase "On hold". This is not true because I have had refunds while disputing a charge. I sent an email to Jessica with screen shots showing that PayPal closed the dispute. No reply from either Jessica or Sharon. I would think twice before purchasing these bags. I would look on Amazon and you can find one that is essentially the same and at least be able to return it. Many months after the purchase was made I finally received the 30% refund that was offered. I did get to keep the merchandise. I haven't used them so I'm not sure how good the bags are.
