Placed an order on Wednesday September 16th only to find out they place their orders for items that are backordered, on Mondays. So i assume they placed an order for the items I ordered that were backordered, on the following Monday September 21st. I don't 100% understand their "backorder policy" where it says if backorder orders aren't fulfilled after 15 days, the order will be canceled and refunded. It doesn't specify if it's 15 days from WHEN I placed my order or 15 days when THEY place THIER order. Either way, 15 Business days from when THEY placed their order would have been on the 21st. So 15 business days pass and now we're on Monday October 12th and my order STILL hasnt shipped nor has it been cancelled and refunded. Instead it shows my order was "completed" but not shipped yet. Meanwhile my friend ordered the same day same time as me for his stuff and his order was completed AND shipped and will get here Friday October 16th. Keep in mind most of his stuff was backordered as well. It says my order is complete but hasn't shipped yet so I'm very disappointed with this business. I sent an email earlier this week on Monday and received no reply. It's been exactly one month since i placed my order and still not even shipped yet and no refund either so I'm at a loss right now. No refund and no product. It's October 15th at the time of this review. I also ordered the shipping protection as well..

Placed a pre-order paying through shop to monitor shipping, which is terrible from Wargame Portal. Several days later I see on Shop my order is cancelled. Nothing from Waregame Portal. I have used their help page three times without a response. Worst service possible.

My order has not been delivered to my address. Wargame claims that it was delivered three days ago which is not true. I have written four emails and no response. Extremely disappointing. Do not buy anything from them you will loose your money Thank you for your correspondence by email. My parcel still has not arrived. I have checked with neighbours and dsu and nothing there. For a 10%-15% discount you get double to triple the shipping time. Also after they confirm your order and FEDEX says it has your package they’ll cancel part of your order with no reasoning just a email but the item is listed on in stock on their website. Honestly just order from a local game store not worth the hassle.

Put in a pre-order of an item a month ago. Got an email saying the order was canceled with zero explanation. Now the item isn't available for preorder anywhere else because its close to release. Definitely won't be using this site again. Would caution anyone else as well.

I've been a Wargame Portal customer for a little over a year. I have yet to have a negative experience. I found the store through an online advertisement and decided to give them a chance. My purchase was shipped promptly and in great condition. They have become my go to for online purchases since. I cant recommend them enough. * Date of experience is from my last online order.

Clearance items can include open box items but are not labeled as such. I purchased three clearance items when they arrived one of the items was open and had incorrect contents. I reached out to customer service who has attempted to resolve. Items were ordered June 26th and shipped July 8th with expedited shipping. Edit: the company is doing its best to assist so I am updating my review to reflect this.
