I have only had this for a month but I can say as my first contact was Jo Lamanna was the turning point for me as accepting your warranty service. Joe explained the benefits of the policy with common sense understanding, I was treated with dignity and overall respect by this individual. I hope that I will never use your service but am sure if I have to I will be treated with that same manner of professionalism

It was a great relief to discover Warranty Direct. My experience during my conversation with Customer Service Representative, Joseph Russell, was pleasant. He effectively guided me to an understanding of what was the most appropriate extended warranty for my vehicle and patiently explained all that was covered. I'm grateful!
