Pitoyable
Pitoyable. La reclamation m'est refusé car selon eux je n'ai pas enregistré mon produit dans les 30 jours suivant l'achat. Je l'ai fait dès que j'ai acheté le produit et c'est indiqué clairement sur mon compte. Je ne comprends pas dutout pourquoi quelqu'un devrait faire confiance à cette misérable compagnie.

Amazing customer service
Mr. Jay Lee was extremely helpful! I needed a different app to be able to register my screen protector and he guided me through the process and checked back in with me to ensure my purchase was under the warranty. He responded with considerable timeliness and didn't pass me off to someone else. He helped me to resolve my issue and get the correct app. He knew exactly what the issue was and helped in a patient, kind and courteous manner. I am very appreciative of his fantastic customer service.
