Xmas gift for son. Arrived after Xmas but that's ok. Son loves it but didn't like the green band much, so I switched bands w him (mine was khaki/taupe color) and he likes that better with the black frame. (In fact I'm loving the update to my BertuccI!)

I ordered a watch as a gift for Christmas. It came in a day before Christmas, just as it was promised. However, they sent the wrong watch. I had to call almost 10 times before I was able to talk to anyone. I have sent it back. We will see how long it takes to get this worked out.

Upon further investigation, I noticed that your order was fulfilled, packaged and shipped by a separate Amazon fulfillment center, and not our company as your review indicates. Had we been the ones who would have handled your order, I can guarantee you that we would have never shipped you the incorrect product as Amazon.com did. I bought a watch that was sold out everywhere else. It was brand new. Shipping was fast and packaging was well protected. It was reasonably priced and even better looking in person. I would highly recommend this company.

I placed an order online and it was shipped to me on Christmas Eve. I had called and talk to someone on the phone and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to be a company that cares .

My order was men unlisted watches. I tried to place the order online for some reason it wouldn't take my card but I called the phone number that was available on the website and the man on the other end was very helpful he took my order on the phone and expedited it for me which was a big help for me so I didn't have to try to reorder it online again. And I am interested in similar watches in different colors please and thank you
