Disgusting company. Ordered a watch and at the end my purchase was rejected. The weird thing was that the rejection message showed me someone else's full name "Chloe", address and number. So there is 100% a breach of data and their system is awful. I had to wait more than a week to get the money back this was in September. Now in mid October this company has just taken money from my account again for the same amount which should not be happening. I've had to now raise a dispute and cancel my card because of this scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Myself and my wife went into your store at South Normanton, Derbyshire to buy a watch for myself ,the store assistant was very helpful and explained the types of watches and the makes available, it was a pleasure to be served by her, her name was Alison.

Terrible online ordering process that culminated in my order being cancelled despite being in stock. Refund took over a week. Customer service gave me a discount code that doesn't work. Pathetic from beginning to end so have given up.

ordered a Michael Kors watch strap from the website 2 months ago. my order never arrived. customer services are useless, after 5 phone calls no one can tell me where my order is. I've sent serval emails and you don't even get a response. Asked for a refund over the phone and they said they cant give me the money back even though they never shipped the item. thieves!

Am 8.9. bestellte ich im Angebot eine Smartwatch zu einem sensationell guten Preis. Ich bekam eine Bestellbestätigung aus der hervorgeht das die Lieferung 2-4 Werktage dauert und bei eventuellen Problemen man mich benachrichtigt. Nach 10 Tagen rief ich dann da an und eine (schlecht deutschsprechende)Dame wollte sich darum kümmern und mir Bescheid geben.Da ich keine Antwort von ihr erhielt rief ich wieder an. Diesmal dauerte die Antwort per Mail nur 30 Minuten. ....Laut unserem System is die Bestellung leider nicht durchgegangen. Warscheinlich weil der Artikel nicht mehr auf Lager oder erreichbar war. Das tut mir sehr leid. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die Unumstaendlichkeiten. Da uns Kundenzufriedenheit natuerlich sehr am Herzen liegt, moechten wir Ihnen einen 10% Rabattkod auf Ihren naechsten Online-Einkauf anbieten Super!!!! Die Uhr war aber NACH meiner Bestellung noch einige Tage im Shop verfügbar. Toll wie man hier die Kunden verarscht und dann denkt mit 10% ist alles wieder gut. Ich kann nur davon abraten auf diese vermeintlichen "Superangebote" zu reagieren. Mein Vertrauen hat dieser Händler zumindest verloren.
