Very attentive customer service. They reply within a few hours and always resolve a problem and reimburse the credits if something doesn't work as expected!

1- Some AI videos are generated wrong unless your platform deducts from our credits many times. 2- We have more than 1000 credits can't be used unless we have to select a plan. It is not normal since you are charging your fees by credits not monthly subscription! 3- Customer service is good and efficient
