I won't deal with them again
I won't deal with them again. Products are over-priced and do not always grow. Used to be a good place but ,sadly, no longer

Love the plants
Love the plants I chose! Too soon to tell if they'll take, but so far so good. Excellent prices, friendly customer service, and plants are shipped well. I'm a happy gardener!

Lost three plants
Lost three plants; sent numerous emails. Never had a final response of a disposition. The investigation did not see the photos I sent. I did that like 3 times to different people and never got a response from anyone. This is the first response I have gotten about this issue since spring of 2017.

Good products, but entirely too many emails!
The products are generally good quality, but the prices are pricey until they put them on sale. And the emails are incessant - be prepared to get up to 4 a day, and it's either get the overwhelming number of emails or get none at all - there's no option to request and receive fewer emails.

Satisfied with services. I've received reimbursement for plant(s) that didn't survive. I will order from them again.
