AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE WD ONLINE SHOP. THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THEM TO THE CARRIER WAS WRONG AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY SOLUTION. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

WORSE Shipping experience! Than useless customer service UPS label was created and never sent to UPS. No way to talk to anyone in the company except their contracted phone service in India. Buyer beware!!

Mehrere Produkte bei Wester digital Shop bestellt. Mit Paypal bezahlt. Nach Rückkehr von Paypal war der Warenkorb leer. Bei Paypal war die Zahlung einige Tage ausstehend, wurde dann wohl von Wester digital akzeptiert. Ich erhielt aber nie eine Bestellbestätigung oder eine Lieferung. Ein Ticket, wo die Ware bleibt wurde nach 1 Woche beantwortet mit der Rückfrage nach weiteren Details, die ich schon initial geliefert hatte. Jetzt einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet. Werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und kann davon nur abraten.

Guter Online Shop mit leichten schwächen, konnte aber keinen Grund finden dort nicht noch einmal zu bestellen

Terrible customer service. My order was cancelled by the company for "payment reasons." After live chatting with the agent, she told me it was because my shipping and billing address did not match. In 2020, what company has that issue? Western Digital is who. The price of the item went up since then and they would not match my original price. I wasted a half hour trying to resolve this with two employees. It seemed to me that the Western Digital is not interested in helping their customers when the mistake is on their end, so I took my money to another company, Seagate.

clueless WD user product experience Purchased a Western Digital WD Elements 8TB external harddrive and the user experience has been created by someone clueless. Turned it on and set it up on my Mac, it automatically asks me if I want to set it up with Time Machine and I click ‘no’ because I don’t want that set up. Then the external harddrive stops working, blocks you and doesn’t allow you to drag and drop anything - basically unusable!!!. Such a bad experience, clueless usability and communication from set-up to the packaging. Took it back to the shop and purchased another one and had the same experience. So Western Digital, two returns heading back your way because you can’t design an out of the box product.

Turned down my Quidco claim. Not happy as doesn't match an order purchased using Quidco. This is wrong as Quidco logged with 6 mins of receiving order confirmation. Will never buy from them again

New harddisk lasted 14 days, then device not recognized anymore. I will never trust wd again.
