Awesome Service

Effective, Kind and Fast. Simeon is GREAT.

The support person was an absolute professional who calmly fixed the issue, and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the sites were working as they should. Huge relief and gratitude!

I was a customer with WHB over 17 years. I felt so comfortable and so did my reseller clients. But for last one month. My reseller website are being hacked over and over again. My clients are running away. WHB is not giving a proper solution to me. Every week some of my websites are down. They restore it after few ticket responses but again it gets hacked or some other website gets hacked. I am extremely worried.

Arif assisted me with some regulation-related questions. He is very knowledgeable and answers were direct to the point, no wasting time, no BS. Excellent CS agent and excellent communication. 100% recommended.

it responses very well!
