In regards to the quality of the food, my dog absolutely loves his new raw diet and I’ve seen tremendous benefits that range from quality of his coat, meal time eagerness, and digestion. This review is more about the customer service; any questions I’ve had have been answered promptly via the texting service. You can tell that the people designated to respond to the text messages are knowledgeable and are diligent with the responses they provide. If you are considering a raw diet for your pup, this company should be your number one choice!

Loki is doing the best on this raw diet than he has on any other raw diet, I have ever had him on.

We adopted Maltipoo puppies, brother and sister at 9 weeks old. Since late December we have been trying a variety of fresh foods steering them away from kibble. We use kibble as a fun snack in their puzzles to make them work a bit for it, or as a distraction. I'm not throwing negativity at the other fresh food companies that you can google, but we tried a full box, over a month of food for each of them with multiple companies and struggled to get them interested or not walk away from the meal put in front of them. We tried all sorts of interesting methods with toppers, parmesan cheese, beef or chicken broth and was a real struggle and sometimes went to waste. This has not happened 1 time with We Eat Raw with any of the flavors we tried, Lamb, Venison, Beef. Our dogs aren't the biggest fans of poultry, so we knew going in which flavors had the best chance. Both the brother and sister absolutely devour the plate put in front of them portioned as recommended. I told my girlfriend today we found the food we are going to feed the dogs the rest of their lives, no question. Just to be loving, I do ever so quickly put the We feed raw in a pan and flip the portioned patty on both sides but not necessary. You're investing into your dog's health and keeping them out of the vet with expensive health conditions. There are things out of your control, but you can control what you put in their body.

Very happy with We Feed Raw company. My dog loves the food and happily accepted it with no digestive issue. The work has already been done for me such as the amount to feed/calories per day that is needed which is a plus. Great service and arrived quickly .

Not only is the food top quality, but the customer service is also amazing. They messaged to see how the transition was going which meant alot to me. I am glad I am able to feed my girls WFR.

I love we feed raw and have had my dog on it for almost half a year. However, I delt with expensive cuts and tried to cancel my subscription. I had two dogs on my profile and then the next thing I knew, my card was getting charged $450 without a confirmation email or receipt. I emailed CS to try to understand the situation. I understand this is a glitch in the system but was not able to get a refund or any sort of compensation. This put me in a tough position which I was not prepped for. I love we feed raw and will continue to use them, however, be aware of how challenging it is to cancel the subscription and the fees you may be charged.

Great communication and on top of that my puppy loves the food! My puppy licks his plate clean everytime. His stool is always firm. Great product highly recommend!
