Appallingly deceptive business. My wife wanted to try We Feed Raw’s introductory special and received a box of food. She then placed a pause on additional orders, primarily due to the expense of the product, and without any notification, another order was charged to her bank card. Despite numerous calls to We Feed Raw, they refuse to reverse the bank charge. In fact, they don’t even acknowledge that my wife placed a pause on orders even though she has presented them with email evidence. To add to their deceptiveness, they are now attempting to do the same thing again. My wife is currently having to change her bank card number. Absolutely horrendous company…I strongly do not recommend.

After signing up for a 50% off trial, I have have found out what deceptive business practices this company engages in!! I tried to cancel my subscription, but apparently just “paused” it. An email sent to me has no date listed for restarting the subscription- much to my surprise I found a $307 charge on my bank statement and a box of food I didn’t want on its way a month later with NO warning!! Upon contacting the company I was told there was nothing they could do, they had no record of my “pause” and that shipments of perishable goods can’t be stopped. They did have a record of an email I never received stating this shipment was sent…Horrible customer service and extremely deceptive practices!! Adding insult to injury, after being assured my account was cancelled (and still no refund- pursing a dispute with my bank) I get an email stating my next order is about to process!!! I now have to change my card number because I have zero faith they won’t charge me again. Also, the subject line of the email that tells me I’ll be charged is: “A (happy) message from We Feed Raw- We’ve got you covered”. NOTHING about pending charges or shipment in the subject of the email- it sounds like a marketing email!! I wonder how many other people have been deceived by this company’s poor business practices and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

My dog loves this food!! He hates kibble and I was running out of options for him, this is perfect!!!!

I started my Yorkie puppy on WFR after a bad experience with another brand. 1. The box was packed so well the food remained frozen solid and dry ice remained after shipping across the country. 2. Once my pup tasted the WFR "straight," he had little interest in kibble. He is transitioning beautifully. Great poops. No upset. It's easy to get the frozen product out of the plastic and portioned with a serrated knife while still frozen so there is no waste if you have a little dog.

My dog has had a few portions mixed in with his regular dry food and he ate it all without issue. The shipping was fast and the packets along with the silicone container for the fridge make handling and storing very convenient. Communications with We Feed Raw are fast and to the point with customer care the priority. Great company!

Terrible experience. First, my 2 week trial for my puppy was missing food, which they refused to rectify. I had to make a claim with my credit card to get reimbursed. Then when I placed a Big Box order to manage the portions myself, it was also missing food - 9 patties (1/3 of the order). I had to spend another hour to get them to send me what they forgot to put in the box. Finally, after I cancelled the subscription, they went in and reversed my cancellation a few days later and charged me again. They weren't going to reverse the credit card charge but luckily I had proof of the cancellation. This company is unethical and unorganized. There are a lot of raw food options out there, I'll be avoiding this company because of their poor business practices.

I have a 15 month old working German Shepherd who has some allergy issues. I heard about We Feed Raw on the No Bad Dogs podcast, and decided to give it a try. Ordering was easy, and the trial box arrived on schedule with the food still frozen solid despite it already being in the 80’s down here. Freddy loves the food, and thawing the meals out and putting them in his bowl is easy. He gets one 16oz patty in the morning and one 16oz patty in the evening, so for me portioning is a breeze. We started immediately with a 100% raw diet, so I contacted the company per their instructions to move up the date of his first “normal” delivery. I sent a quick email, and got a reply in just a few minutes. Freddy is now set up for scheduled deliveries every 2 weeks, and gets the 4 proteins he is not allergic to. I am very satisfied with We Feed Raw. Good quality food with clearly identified ingredients, great customer service, and very easy ordering process.

My 10 week old Boxer pup loves WFR. He can hardly wait to eat and licks his bowl clean every time! We are transitioning him from Purina Large Breed puppy food and he is doing great. No issues what so ever. The food arrived promptly and was still partially frozen. Very pleased with WFR an will continue to use. Thank you for taking care of our pets with an excellent product!!
