Very helpful, helped us repair our Extreme Triad over the phone. Miller did not have a spanish speaking tech to guide our spanish speaking operator though the repairs

Identification of the part I required and processing of my p.o. was quick. My only reason for deducting a star was that it would have been less expensive for me to purchase just the rubber tread rather than the entire wheel assembly.

We had an issue constantly with the lack of shipping alert and shipping documents as soon as Miller send the goods in order to have everything ready with costums and avoid economic penalties.

A bit hard to get a hold of people in the Service Department - this was even true for the Field Service Tech. Once parts were orders, all else went smooth.

Our overall experience has been positive, but we received an instruction manual for a model of the Triad Weldmaster we don't have which has led to some confusion.
