They don't answer my calls and messages and no refund after two weeks.

Very bad service.

Hope if their is Zero rating , cheating and spam i placed the order almost a month now and they never responded to me neither delivered my order. They promised that it will be delivered next day now its a month already

Scam scam scam! Do not trust them. I paid, they promised next day delivery. They messaged me all the way up until the time they were due to arrive then stopped replying, didn’t answer or cancelled calls. Haven’t received any plants.

I recently ordered plants from this company and had a terrible experience. The delivery was significantly delayed, and there is no proper customer service—only a WhatsApp number that no one responds to. When the plants finally arrived, they were left in front of my door without any notification, and one of them was dead bad condition plants I tried reaching out for a replacement or to file a complaint, but no one responded. This company is a complete scam. I do not recommend ordering from them at all.

Received 4 plants, all in way to small pots not like in the pictures, so we had to buy 4 new pots! After 2 weeks we discovered white spots on one of the plants After informing Wellpotted nothing happened… NO guidance for plants at all My advice… go directly to a trusted gardener to save yourself the hassle of getting the right pots and sick plants…
