Any questions or concerns are taken with the utmost priority. Quick response times and very helpful and courteous support. No issues with deposits and withdrawals. Always done in a timely matter. Service fees seem on par with other competitors. Safety and security is a priority.

When checking mysterious charges on your credit card look for this designation on it: WPY* If you are lucky you'll see it because that means WePay handled the payment and can look it up to tell you what the transaction was for. Their representatives have been very helpful and quick to respond for any questions I've had. I highly recommend them.

Excellent turn around and efficiency.

I am extremely pleased with the support that was provided to me by WePay and more specifically Eldridge. He was very thorough, nice, patient, and helpful. He made trying to fix my issue very easy and walked me through it even after I was having trouble for a while. He was great.
