Great products, fast processing and shipping... but you really need to add the option of a Gift Note.

What made the experience GREAT was that any questions I had going forward were answered in a timely fashion. As well, my photo was not the best, but the best I could obtain, and West & Willow were so understanding that they said they would do their best. And they did! I was over the moon with the results. And seeing the end product in the frame I had selected blew me totally away. I could not have asked for more! I plan to spread the word about West & Willow. They are extremely accommodating and quite punctual, and helpful, with any questions I had.

Customer service is friendly but absolutely no help. They send an automated message and don’t respond to your emails for 3 days. Then they tell you you’re not allowed to cancel because it wasn’t 30 mins after your order, even though you emailed 2 minutes after placing it and realized you made a mistake they blame the customer. They said my order shipped & I still have not received tracking information 3 days later.

Hello Cassie, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — that’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. 💛 Our team strives to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible, and we understand how frustrating this situation must have been.

Convenient but expensive. Also, I send these as gifts and I hate that I’m not able to see the final product before it’s sent. When it’s paid for, it would be nice to see a picture of what I bought and sent to someone. Weird sending it as a gift and then asking the person “ hey can you send me a picture of it because I have no idea what it looks like.”

Hello Britney, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! 💛 We totally understand how you feel. At the moment, we don’t have a preview feature in place, but we truly appreciate your feedback — it helps us explore ways to make gifting even better in the future.
