Amazing customer service! I received my order quickly, but unfortunately the name on the photo was incorrect. I emailed customer service and sent a picture, they got back to me right away and started working on fixing the issue. I received the new photo also very quickly and it was correct and beautiful. It was all a very easy process and the product is great quality.

Finally caved - quality of the frame is not worth the cost, but the artwork is great. Have not received the digital download yet.

The portrait came out great. It took a little over two weeks and I did have to ask for shipping information so I could track it. I also wasn’t given the pdf until I asked for it either but they are SO quick with responding. For that alone I would order from this company again!
