We absolutely love our Mug and Pet Portrait of our dog Cali!! It looks exactly like her and we just love the quality !

I ordered two different pictures and they turned out amazing! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was sent the wrong frames. However, when I reached out to customer service, they were very responsive and replacements are on the way at no extra charge.

I didn't get an order confirmation email.

Wrong names and background color, customer service not helpful, does not respond for days, doesn’t answer questions

I made a mistake in my original order and wanted to make changes , they are so great and quick to respond and help me , Jeremy really took the time to help me out and I’m truly satisfied with such great customer service ! Will be ordering from them in the future and they make perfect gifts for all the fur friends out there!

Why does the website ask me to tip? I thought me choosing the art and paying for it was showing support. I paid extra to expedite the service. Why am I being asked to tip? Update- The package upon arrival was spectacular. The experience of asking for a tip before I receive the product is not comfortable.
