This was a gift for my son. Received it very quickly and looked excellent. This really makes a beautiful gift for any animal lover.

I placed an order for a three pet portrait. Within 2- 3 days I received an email stating my order had shipped & on its way. This is my second time ordering a portrait and I have no questions that this one will be too. I’d recommend West & Willow to friends and family anytime!!

They advertise a free mug with the purchase of a framed photo if you order by a certain date. I’m well within the range and I ordered two framed photos ($87 each). But at checkout, when I had two mugs chosen, they charged me $20 for one of them. Therefore, I deleted one — It was disappointing. Hopefully they’ll figure it out before shipping my order.

Far beyond what I expected. This artwork is impeccable. Quality is great. I'll shop here again. Great gift !

We wanted to have a photo redone for a deceased pet and it has been unbelievably time consuming and expensive and we weren’t even able to have the back ground matched. I have had to follow up countless times. I started this process months ago. (It still hasn’t been completed or a time line given.) I wanted to have a wall of our dogs but now I would just do our one dog because I wouldn’t want to use this company again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for a very expensive product.

The pillow that I ordered so far seems to be of good guality. However, the pillow case was shipped poorly.
