I had a question before I placed my order, and the response was great and very helpful. The reply was also personal and very nice.

Our initial picture wasn’t to our liking so we reached out to customer support. Andrian did a phenomenal job when we needed to make corrections to our picture. Being able to get a proof prior to production prevented further worries for everyone. I’m incredibly happy with how my dog’s picture turned out!

design is great. Unfortunately I bought two and spent about $100 and the cases are already chipping.

This is the 6th photo I’ve purchased and just love each one so much. Perfect addition to all of the homes they are hanging in 😊

Hello. I am a repeat customer. I ordered two pet portraits previously and they came out perfect. I do recall the last time I ordered a preview of the portraits was sent by email before they were printed to make sure everything was to customers liking. My suggestion is to bring this idea back to avoid any bad experiences.

Functionality does not work on phone. I had to click several times to get items placed in cart.
