I love the concept and the advertised product. When I received mine, I was a bit disappointed in the lack of contrast in the picture of my black lab who recently passed away. Very little highlighting and definition to him. It’s a lot of money to get something that isn’t what you expected. Maybe I should have gotten a larger picture than 8x10.

Customer service is top notch! The artwork is very nice quality. It was much nicer than expected. These would make a great gift for the pet lover in your life.
