So happy with the portrait I ordered from West & Willow. It's a beautiful and fun remembrance of my sweet dog that I had for 16 years.

I ordered two portraits as gifts which turned out amazing. The recipients loved them. However, the eye color was wrong on one pet which was a distinguishing feature. The West & Willow team updated and completely replaced the portrait. It was such an easy process and their customer service experience was excellent. I would definitely order from them again!

I had issues with the original design and asked for changes or a refund. Roxanne and her team did an amazing job redesigning the image and making sure I was happy. She was very helpful and patient. I really appreciate her working with me on this until it was right.

Product was better than expectations. So thrilled with the entire process.

Absolutely love my portrait!! I just wish we can preview what the portrait might look like before you buy but other than that I’m very happy!
