My favorite shopping mall but don’t go there during Xmas period it’s a nightmare

I love the new extension they had created and they have a handful of good shops. They have events going on almost every single day and it is great for Christmas presents. It can be enjoyable for the kids as well as there are play areas scattered around. It could improve by adding more food places

We'd bought 2 tickets to Santa's Grotto at Westfield London - it was a massive disappointment. We'd paid a lot of money for a sub-par experience where the children play a game on a ipad and then a few seconds with Santa - no photos allowed. On top of this, we had to pay for a photo with Santa for £10 and £7.50 for parking. What a disaster and on top of this an upset kid.
