Good customer service.

We rely on Whistle for keeping track of our pet for safety, and especially when we travel and entrust her to a friend to watch over her. She can be a bit of a "runner", so we stay in touch and should she get out, they know we can be reached to help track her to get her back safely.

3 dogs + acres of woods = lost dogs...not with Whistle. Tracks each one separately and notifies me if one or all wanders out of an established safe zone. They can chase all the deer they want because I now know where the boys run off to.

The product is good. I purchased 4 Whistle 3s. There are some bugs that need to be worked out. Fast battery drain and one needs a reset but don't know which one and why. Dislike the foriegn customer support. Not easy to understand. Not that knowledgeable. I keep calling trying to get someone that can help. They need more training. The strong accent can be a problem.

We love our whistles! It gives us such great peace of mind, as our dogs spend much of their time off leash. Usually they're excellent listeners, but I love having our whistles just in case! We've definitely had to use them during times where the dogs are feeling rebellious, and I couldn't be more thankful for our whistles during those times! Our dogs are kind of rough on their whistles, so we've gone through multiples, but the customer service is always awesome! We've been able to get some free under the one year warranty, or offered a discount for those that we're older than their warranty. Always kind, professional, helpful customer service that I'm very thankful for. Would 100% recommend whistle!
