I am still in the process and working…
I am still in the process and working towards my score. It was 550 and now 613. We have been at it for many months and I have had to settle on the ones that I was taken to court on. That is something you need to think about is if they take you to court over your debt they can not help you with that. Overall it has been an improvement and I do not know if it will get better from here with time because I find it hard to read the portal. The portal says they are working on it and I believe them but not a lot of communication other than that. I do wish they would drop an email once a month with an update and an outlook. Maybe letting the customer know we are about to start the 3rd round and we should see some more information next month ect... I have sent emails to my agent and he has been very nice and professional and maybe there is no information to give as they sit and wait for the paperwork to come back but I would like more info for the money I pay in my opinion. I will update when it is all complete and let everyone know if it all worked out as planned.
