I'm hoping this review pushes mgmt to instruct their sales ppl to actually respond to issues and complaints. I dealt with Christian Pistella and sent multiple emails, texts and pictures regarding cracked face frames, short drawer rails and even racked install + screws that heads sheared off without ANY response. He just flat out didn't respond. I couldn't even get decent instructions on knee drawer assembly because no one is an installer there...they're just sales people! I'm not sure of the quality of the product, however I can speak to the assembly and is not up to my standards. I'd love to share pictures but I can't on this forum. I suppose BBB is also an avenue.

Good Afternoon Patrick Thank you for your business and your review. We apologize that we were not as responsive as usual to your recent communications. We have discussed your experience internally and will improve our processes on this note. Hopefully you did receive the last communications from Chris sent before your review where he sent you the suggested assembly videos. These videos are usually sufficient for our customers and unfortunately we cannot provide any greater details than this. Our sales team is indeed focused on sales, but we have a large customer service team quickly handling any claims on our products. Our cabinets are generally easy to assemble and we have thousands of orders from first time kitchen renovation homeowners installing themselves every year. We always strive to promptly respond to any question or outreach from our customers and regret that our sales team did not get back to your last outreach efforts in a timely manner. If there is anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out – your business means a lot to us. Best Regards The team at Wholesale Cabinets

Very helpful, high quality, American made. Had to replace “cheap” Home Depot particle board ones. Very pleased. Wife happy, we are all happy!

I had to add on to an existing order and your online assistant was able to send my request to upper management to see if it could be added on to my existing order. I am currently awaiting a free shipping code to complete project.

We were waiting on some measurements from our contractor so we could get our order placed before your 50% off Black Friday sale ended. We were working with designer Sara Smalls, and she went above and beyond ito be patient with us while we were waiting and then finished the design on the last day to help us take advantage of the sale . She did an amazing job and we look forward to working with her again

Staff was great office, visit and on line staff with designs and support in purchasing. On line ordering is a little challenging and difficult to navigate and remove multiple items in cart. Can’t wait to get them and assemble them
