the product i ordered was incorrect, broken and attempts to talk to a sales representative proved futile.

This tile is absolutely beautiful! We bought this to use as a mural over our cooktop during our remodeling project. It is exactly what we were looking for. Shipping was very quick also!

I called about a week after ordering to request shipping info, since none had been received. The person I spoke with said they would check on it and call me back in like 15 minutes. After an hour I called them back and was told it would ship that day. Seriously? Would I ever have gotten my product if I hadn't called? And where was the call back? The grout itself was as promised, a bit dusty but just what I needed.
