Colors are not true to swatches, way too much for delivery and when I returned the first one it cost me another $15.00 for the delivery return. When I received the second pony tail piece that one is too light while the first one was too dark. Not happy with this company at all!

Bought Raquel Welch Selfie Mode which my favourite Raquel Welch wig, but the wig color sent out to me is not the same as represented by your model. Far from it, which was very disappointing. I specifically ordered this wig in pumpkin spice which looks fabulous in the photos. This why I ordered it but this was not the colour which I received. I live in Australia and I know I could have returned it but it really is a hassle to do that and then await for another to be sent to me. I really would like to buy this wig in this colour that I have seen on your website. I have this particular wig in several colours but that photo which you display is the exact colour I really was looking forward to receiving. If by chance you do have this in stock please, please let me know and am ready to buy immediately Best regards Betty Scott

Hi Betty, Thank you for reaching out. We sincerely apologize for any discrepancies you noticed with the RL29/33SS color in the Selfie Mode wig. This shade is a strawberry blonde blended with a dark red-brown, and because it’s a blended tone, it may not have the pronounced highlights you were expecting. If you're looking for a lighter, more highlighted look, we recommend considering Golden Russet (RL29/25) or Fiery Copper (RL31/29) as alternatives. These shades tend to offer more visible contrast and brightness. You can return the item if you're not fully satisfied with the color. We're here to help make the process smooth and easy for you. Additionally, we offer video consultations with our color experts, who are highly knowledgeable and can guide you toward finding the perfect shade to match your preferences. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to schedule one for you.

Absolutely the best company I've ordered from (other than Amazon who's hard to beat) in the last few weeks! I cannot believe how fast they ship, how easy it is to return and how great their wigs are! Wigs.com definitely knows how to treat a customer! Keep it going!
