I have purchased several wigs from them. They are good quality and the return policy this company stands by it.

I wasn’t expecting the wig to look so different on me. The women who show us the wigs look like it’s easy but I can’t get them to look the same way.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™· May 20, 2026
Michele, Thank you for your honest feedback. We completely understand how disappointing it can feel when a wig doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the videos or photos. Many of the looks you see are styled with extra customization and techniques that can take practice to recreate at home. We truly appreciate you giving us a try, and we’d love the chance to help with styling tips or suggestions to help you achieve a look you feel more confident in.

The wig shipped quickly, it came in secure and discreet packaging, and was sized as stated. The wig is beautiful, it’s my first one and the descriptions and sizes on the website were extremely helpful.

The wig was lovely. I did not keep it because it would have needed a lot of thinning and fixing bangs for my use. I returned it and plan to try another.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™· May 20, 2026
Lyn, We appreciate your feedback on the wig's lovely quality. We understand it wasn't the right fit and hope you find a perfect match.
