Customer service is incredibly lacking. They charge a service charge on returns, even though the color was TOTALLY misrepresented on the web site. AND shipping both ways. I have tried to purchase at least three wigs and had exactly the same experience every time. NEVER AGAIN!!

I recently ordered a wig (not my first) from this site and it was not at all flattering. Customer service was great as I returned the wig. I have a store credit and I am having a terrible time using it because there is just so much to pick from! Oh what a terrible problem right? These people are great to work with.
