I ordered a pump from Wild West based on the on line info. It was the least expensive of the pumps I researched. The shipping was REALLY fast, the pump arrived looking brand new, I installed it myself, and it runs GREAT. Nothing but praises for this company. First time I used them, will use them again.

Tried everything to make this air switch work. Switch is not sensitive enough to operate spa light. We have brand new bellows buttons and tubing. Run of 55' of tubing. The heater & pump buttons do work w/new palm buttons & 30 yr old factory non latching air switches.Please call me at my work M-F 9-6:00 PST 714 972-8006 I can explain the problem better. When I ordered, the site said that if I completed order within the next 4 hours, it would qualify for same day shipping. This was on 12.30.2020. I received notification that it shipped on 1.4.2021, and did receive it in 2 days using the standard bulk mail. I realize that it was the holidays, but maybe change the automated stuff on the website so that customers are not expecting something they will not get, like same day shipping. Communications were good and I received tracking number and order was correct and quite fast, once it was shipped.

I received my pump. The box was partially opened and the pump was damaged. I reached out regarding this issue but got no response besides this automatic solicitation for my feedback.

The control valve was a perfect replacement for the old valve at a significantly better cost. The part arrived before the expected delivery date. Great!
