I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I initially placed an order and they said you ordered the version that will be in Mandarin and it is $500 more for the English/American version. I said okay go ahead with purchase as I purchased prior to my destination wedding and honeymoon! While on my honeymoon the camera shut off with lens stuck out. I attempted to contact the company as I was still within my two week return policy, no answer. I tried to register it on Canon for the 1 year warranty, but it’s a FRAUDULENT serial number/camera so I couldn’t even register it! I have repeatedly emailed and called the company with no answer so I’ve resorted to attempting to dispute the charge. HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered the Fujiflim X100VI on their website at sale price for just under $2000. After a few days without my payment being processed, I received a call from Jeremy claiming I'd purchased the EU version and would need to pay an extra $800 for the US version, which is "hard to find" and "only 1 left in stock." I checked the listing extensively and found NO MENTION of this being a foreign model. He rudely argued - "why did you think it was so cheap?!" Anyway... I canceled my order. Really awful business practice.

Bait and switch losers. These people will tell you that you ordered an EU model of a camera to then upcharge you $850 and use the scare tactic that this camera will be going up $1000 next week. STAY AWAY!!!

Another bait and switch. This company is so unethical. I wish I had done my due diligence and read reviews. When they called me about the $350 additional I owed for the US version, I thought it was my error. I went back and this was totally bait and switch. Stay away from this company.

They pulled a Bait and Switch tactic on a camera I ordered and wanted $1000+ more for a "US version". When I told them to cancel the entire order they stated they wouldn't send the camera but could not refund the warranty ($449). They threatened to send me to collections if I refused to pay. Stay away from this company - very dishonest business practices.

PLEASE DO NOY BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I WARN YOU! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ALWAYS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THEIR SHADY BUSINESS AND SHADY REFUND/RETURN POLICY!

If it sounds too good to be true it is. This is a total bait and switch outfit. This is not the first time this has happened. Didn't fall for it the first time but I did this time. Shame on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FOLKS. Ordered a lens and then was contacted to insure it was what I wanted. NOT what I wanted so I asked what are the options. Brand new for x amount or a really great deal on an instore demo model. Went for the in store demo lens. Arrived in a generic box with no lens hod no instruction sheet and no warranty card info. Total pain in the rear. Bunch of thin skinned rude folks working so called customer service. Get hung up on, get attitude , get the same person pretending to be another person. No one will tell you their name. TOTAL scam operation. Save yourself the hassle and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you don't don't say I didn't try and warn you.

The script is so silly, it made me sick. Absolutely garbage, that's my honest opinion.
