After a long search for a vanity to complete our bathroom renovation we settled on Willow Bath and Vanity. We were not disappointed. We chose the 36 inch Chicago in dark teak. I was concerned about the shipping and timing of the delivery. I contacted customer service, which proved to be seamless. Rob , was my contact and he assured me that everything was in order. He also sent pictures of our vanity and the details of departure. The vanity arrived in 5 days. Willow, does an extraordinary job on securing and safeguarding their products in transit. We unpacked the vanity , counter and sink. They are Beautiful. As others have shared, furniture quality. Our contractor was so impressed he took the company information for future reference.Rob, our contact at Willow followed up and made sure we were satisfied. I’ve shared the Willow site with friends and family. The price point is amazing for the quality and service. We highly recommend Willow Bath and Vanity for your project. You won’t be disappointed. Sincerely, Rob and Joan
