Terrible terrible company- avoid at all costs! Website looks as though items are shipped from London and report easy returns, however they DO NOT refund full costs. They offer 10% refund back to payment method- if you are not happy with this then they suggest returning to China warehouse and repairs costs are approx $40-50 which is significantly higher than the purchase amount. Also, clothes are very low quality and clearly not as described. They take weeks to respond to any complaints- I also ended up raising a complaint with PayPal.

Nice dress just nothing like the right size and absolutely huge. £45 down the drain, since upon contacting them, they told me they aren't UK based and I need to pay the costs to return to Asia. Marketing and Branded as a London Based, High Quality Clothing.......So disappointed and wish I'd read the trust pilot reviews before throwing my money away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SELLER. It's not as it appears!

RIP OFF. Wrong dresses arrived. No response for weeks from customer service to get return details, They ignored reading my emails and wrote whatever they wanted. Returning was impossible. DO NOT BUY from Wilson and Carter. Why hasn't Trading Standards closed them down?

If not the worst online clothing company on the internet bought a suit for £150 reduced from some pathetic figure only wanted the jacket tbf when it came it didn’t fit it was nowhere near the colour the quality was disgusting easy returns yeah right not come back with any returns address only to say a bigger size and keep the pile of crap I already have you live and learn trust me don’t buy anything of this website

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I do not give Wilson and Carter a single star. I too wish I had read the reviews. This company is fraudulent. My order took 2 weeks to arrive and was of shockingly bad quality. I have sent 6 emails since 4th September and each time they have slowly increased the refund from 15% to 40% all the while telling me how costly and complicated it would be to return the item, eventually revealing the return address in China. I reluctantly accepted the 40% deciding that I would get no further. Let’s see if they do actually refund me. I was interested to see from another review that DPD had refused to deliver to them as they won’t pay the taxes which probably means that they never refund returned items. What can be done to stop companies like this?
