Professionalism and great attitude!

Products seem great, directions for assembly and setup could be much more detailed with better diagrams, more comprehensive videos for setup of the deicing kit from start to finish. We struggled with the mounting of the two-panel frame and panels b cause we could not see the details clearly on the videos.

The product arrived, has been set up and is working...(thank you Trevor, your drawing helped!) We have since realized that at this altitude we need a bigger diffuser. The 2', in a small 2x3 ft metal tank, at 15° overnight, still freezes over. I fully intend to purchase a 5' diffuser to see if it can handle our weather...

David patiently answered all my questions. I won't give 5 stars until we have this winter behind us. That is the sole purpose of the purchase, stock tank aeration. That being stated, I'm confident that the purchased MWS products will perform as intended. Excellent customer service.

Great turnaround and friendly Missouri associates and conversations with knowledgeable understanding of there product. I purchased all new solar panels and pond aerator equipment back in 2016. Reason I can't give a 5 star is having to send the convertor assy package back twice for replacement. Best regards, Rocky
