The windows are nice and function well once installed. The ordering and delivery were lacking, The instructions on the website provided details related to how to measure and order. After the order I would get calls that asked about the measure and sizes. The call was intended to help and actually seemed to confuse the sizing. In addition, the order was sent to the wrong location and a new set of windows needed to be constructed. Initially, the windows were to be installed in late fall and based on the delay needed to be installed in early winter. The cold had a significant impact to the install. The custom service agent had expressed to follow up related to a discount for the delivery issue or to provide a discount on future orders. There was not a follow up and the full retail price was required for the order.

We are delighted withour windows. The Windowestore was so helpful in making sure we had the proper fit. We received them quickly and the fit beautifully with the rest of our windows. Thank you!

So glad I found this conpany. It was difficult to find high quality windows that I could buy and install myself. Quality is excellent. Options and selection were also excellent. Installation was very straightforward. Windows are so much better than what the builder had installed. Ordering process was easy and delivery was quick and simplified through a local distributor. Would definitely recommend buying these windows.

I purchased one casement window from the WindowEstore and was bowled over by the craftsmanship. So, now I am a loyal customer and am in the process of replacing all of my windows with these great windows. I love how their windows are all custom build and I do not have to conform to regular window sizes.

Reasonable pricing. I needed 12 windows to replace terribly insulated hinged windows at our 1950’s cabin. These double pane windows fit perfectly to custom sizes I asked for. Windowestore was an amazing company. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to install their own windows.
