The problems are too numerous to write about. I've already wasted time and money and have other choices.

Hi Mark, I'm so sorry that it's been a bumpy road with all of our software changes, personnel, and internal restructuring. Some customers have definitely felt these changes more than others. We're finally reaching the other side of that tunnel! If there's anything we can do to have you give us another chance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised with the changes!

Good prices with worst customer service
They give good prices with a lot of options. But they never pickup calls and they dont care once the order is done. Good prices with worst customer service.

Hi Frank, I'm sorry we've failed to communicate effectively with you in the past. I'll get with your representative to let them know the issues you're having, and I apologize again for any inconveniences this might have caused. Please let me know if there's anything else we can improve on!
