Delivery was fine. Some of the bottles have torn labels they are being used as favors for a 40th birthday celebration. The appearance of the bottle was important. I would have liked some quality assurance when they were being packaged. Now we have to figure out something to hide the torn labels.

Thanks for your feedback. UPS & FedEx are a separate company and operates on their own procedures. Ideally, shipments should arrive on time to its end destination without any issues or delays. But unfortunately, that is only possible in a perfect world. We offer Next Day air when it needs to be accelerated. Everything will be easy with our good communication.
