Wine arrived on schedule and was well packed. Signed for receipt and it was mine. Good price, fair delivery charge, would use them again. Great for getting wine not locally available.

I want more because it really tastes good

No surprises! Arrived when promised, packaged well, and product was just what I wanted

Shopping and delivery were prompt. There was significant wiggle room in the package, which worried me that the bottle could have been damaged, but thankfully it was not.

I ordered the wine, and then learned it was not going to be delivered in the timeframe first mentioned, so I was concerned that it may be delivered when we weren't home. I called to change the shipment to a nearby CVS - which allows a five-day window for pick-up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, understanding and efficient and changed the delivery option in just a few seconds. Everything went off without a hitch!

Company is not very good at who the sender is and who the receiver is. I’m sure my brother wanted the shipment to be a birthday surprise for me however, this company kept sending me information about the status of shipping. So much for a surprise birthday gift. Sorry, little brother, I did make good use of the wine, however!
