I happened upon a game by chance, browsed a bit more since I was set on the game I found and bought 3 more (All from their flash sale). Quick email, card and delivered and activated personally (By me) on Steam. Works!

I bought a Steam Key for Age of Wonders 4 Expansion Pack. WinGameStore is listed in official sellers for Paradox, so I was sure I won’t have any problem. Payment through Paypal. Everything went smoothly. Nice.

Everything was fine during checkout, and the payment completed very fast (unlike GreenManGaming, which wouldn't accept my payment no matter how many times I tried...). BUT, one annoying thing, is that I got the dreaded "Order on hold for processing" that other users have mentioned. I would have removed a star for this, but thankfully it completed within 10 minutes, so I didn't. I guess it is a good thing that they have fraud filters, but this is something to keep in mind, especially if you buy during the weekend or high traffic periods, when processing might take longer. So your mileage may vary. If anything, they should at least communicate to the users that this might happen, BEFORE the payment. The key of course was legit and activated immediately, this is a legit reseller, not gray market.

Thank you for being honest. While we wish, so wish, that we could just get rid of the extra services and just process everything instantly ... theres so many bad people in the world. Frauders ruin it for everyone, when all we want to do is provide games! It may be what hit you over on GMG as well (most of us use similar fraud risk services). We do lift those over time for repeat customers as they build obvious trust. Its a tricky balance, what to divulge and what not too, as frauders will use every bit they can to get around such measures!
