I've only been with Winhost a short time, but my experience with them has been great. Their support team was really helpful during my setup phase. Things went so well, I haven't had to contact them since. I've had absolutely no problems with my website since I activated it, and I expect to stay with Winhost for the foreseeable future.

Fast and easy to setup. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. No hassles so far. I like that they support the latest MS technologies.

Excellent tech support. Most features work. Most things have documentation in knowledge base.

Good support during WordPress site migration. They were able to direct me to what they needed to be able to bring the site up in their environment and they handled the DB for me entirely. Got the site up and moved the domain name with minimal issues. Response time was reasonable, usually within a few hours of emailing the techs, sometime within the hour.
