My experience with this site is not a good one.i opened an account last week,deposited and played and everything was OK.today I deposited £50,the money went out of my account but didn't register on my casino account.i reported this and they said they're team would look into it.three hours later I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them again.this time all I was told was I needed to prove the money had gone out of my account.they said take a screen shot but my barclays app won't allow me to do this.i gave them all the details like account it went into and exact time and said check they're account, but they won't.be very carefully with this site.i will be contacting my bank tomorrow to try and get it back as its fraud.
