They do not even deserve 1 star! I ordered in November 2025 to insure it would be here by the needed date. My order rode around on the delivery truck for over 3 weeks! not only did it arrive late the cheese products were ruined. Melted and not edible. I contacted them right away, you cant call them because they either do not answer or you get a message that says all representatives are busy try your call again later. I have emailed them through their page and sent letters through US mail and still nothing and this has been going on for over 4 months! i am not paying for damaged products and i have told them that. i offered to pay for the candy/undamaged product. I followed procedure to file a dispute just like it states on the back of the statements they send and still nothing. Now they are reporting it as negative on my credit and turning it over to collections. Seriously? I have never missed a payment ever and have good credit. I will be disputing this on my report and am tired of dealing with them. stay away far away from this company. I am sure the few positive reviews are employees or paid reviewers. Wished i would have checked reviews before. Worst company ever.

If you set up automatic bill pay they will take out of your bank account what they want and in my case overdrawed my bank account, I called Wisconsin Cheese man and was snickered and laughed at because I had called 2 weeks prior to offer them $40 a month but was told I could pay only $20 then I see they withdrew $55!!!! No one said anything about $55 so I'm very upset and I chewed some ass out because she thought it was funny. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WON'T USE THEM AGAIN!!! There shady and unprofessional, dishonest and laugh at your situation. ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Read all the reviews like I should of done before I ordered from them, I'm not the only unsatisfied customer. Now put that on your recorded line!.

One star doesn’t even cover my disappointment! I placed an order March 24 to be delivered for a special birthday April 14th! I got a confirmation! I thought everything was OK I didn’t hear from the recipient I contacted Wisconsin Cheeseman with my order number! Customer service got back to me hours later telling me my order was canceled and I should contact my financial institution! When I look back at the confirmation at the very bottom in tiny tiny letters was where it said the order was canceled! Oh my God, they asked for your email address and your phone number. No one ever called me and no one ever emailed me that this order was canceled. My credit is absolutely outstanding so I have no idea what happened! Please, please check your orders because now I will never order from them ever ever again and spread the news everywhere I can! This is really really upsetting!

This cheese was flipping fabulous. The atmosphere in this place was absoloutely electric. The cheddar was matured to perfection. Travelled to wisconsin for the sole purpose if trying this cheese. Just overall had the time of my life.

A gift was purchased from this site for my 9 YEAR OLD for Easter by a family friend. That would be great except that the company opened a credit account in her name, despite the person who ordered as a gift calling them 6+ times already and being reassured that it had been corrected. I am pretty sure this is illegal activity on the company's behalf, especially considering the fact that the only info given was name and mailing address. No DOB, SS, or other information that is required for credit applications.

Terrible customer service. There's a character limit on the address line, so you cannot enter your full address and then, when I emailed the customer service email that THEY provided, they simply told me to contact their "fantastic customer service team!"??? They ARE the customer service team. I do not trust their ability to be accountable and to get my items to me safely and on time.

I ordered farmers cheese as a surprise for my wife. I was told it is shipping Fedex and I'll have it in two to four days. We waited for the delivery Tuesday and it did not arrive. I'm now told 10 to 13 days. The order is currently all the way from Wisconsin to Illinois. Fedex is using pack mules now? This is cheese. It better be refrigerated for all this time or instead of Farmers, it will be Blue cheese.

I ordered a selection of eight chesse spreads. There was a promo code for $10 off if your order was over $50. I entered the code which was accepted at online checkout. The next day when I got my order confirmation the $10 was not credited. I immediately telephoned but was told the order was in shipping and nothing could be done and I would need to contact Customer Service by email which I have done several times, I get slow responses and finally a response that they would try and get me a refund. It is now 2026 and that has not happened. I am not holding my breath!! Alex McLachlan
