The costumer service is very great, 5 ⭐️ worthy. My lamp stopt rotating after about 2-3 months of use and they were very friendly about it when I reached out. They tried troubleshooting first and when that didn't work they send me a new lamp. So very amazing. The reason why I gave a 4 ⭐️ review is because the lamp did malfunction, and stopped working. Beside that, the lamp is great. Perfect to fall asleep with since the remote has a timer on it. If you don't care much for the fact that the lamp has the rotation function I would definitely recommend this product

I am so crazy disappointed after receiving my “Angel eye” lamp. It was simply sent from China (I saw tracking number) and there in NOTHING from the company: cheapest materials, cheapest packaging, no logo. It’s insane scam company! Go in Temu or Aliexpress — exactly the same ones are 3 times cheaper!

They were very helpful when I had an issue with shipping. I thought they were friendly and professional as well.

I received the lamp with a minor issue, and after sending them a picture of the damage, Havie provided a very quick replacement.
