Usually when you email a customer service address for an online retailer, it goes into the abyss. I had a fabulous experience with Lunie’s customer service - they’re incredibly responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Isabelle was amazing. She walked me through the question. I had about a particular part on the lamp and even provided a video as to how it is installed. This company definitely has heart- and loves their product and their customers

I would give 4.5 out of 5 if I could. Unfortunately my first order was lost in transit, but when I reached out to customer support I received confirmation of a new shipment at no charge within 2 days. Very responsive. Looking forward to receiving my order.

I couldn't get the lamp to work mostly because I am not so good at following directions. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond with exactly the directions I needed to get it to work fine. Great job. Thanks.

Great costumer service! I had an issue with my lamp and reached out to Lunie. Isabelle responded straight away and sent me a replacement without charge. Highly recommend.
