Disgustingly glitchy and gross UX. The wedding registry page does not allow smooth transfer of cash funds, meaning people have to click out of the website if they want to donate via Zelle or Venmo. Extremely hard to design the page and make edits

Hey just writing a review about their customer service as I booked a hotel through them for a wedding I was attending. Their customer service was great, updating me daily even if it was just to ‘we’ve had no news yet but we are chasing for you’ their partner (I’m guessing was the hotel) didn’t honour my request but withjoy took it upon themselves to honour it which was really nice of them!

I wish that the templates were completely customizable. The app and website are a little bit slow. I really loved the site as a wedding guest but as a bride and I’m not sure if I love it. But we’re still trying to see if we can use it.

The app is easy to use if you take the time to look through the different tools. Try a draft first until you are ready to start your actual website. Everyone is so impressed by it and guess what? I’m not a professional! Joy does everything for you and you just decide wat to add or remove.
